Please read this policy carefully before ordering. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
Digital Products, Ebooks, and Downloadable Content
All sales are final on digital products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ebooks
- PDFs
- Digital downloads
- Templates
- Printable files
- Digital bundles
- Online or downloadable content
Because digital items are delivered instantly or made available for access after purchase, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges on digital products.
We also do not issue refunds because of buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, device incompatibility, or deciding you no longer want the item.
If you have trouble accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at truecrimedrops@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you access the file or resend the download information.
Merchandise, Clothing, and Accessories
Returns and refunds for physical merchandise are limited.
We only replace or refund merchandise if the item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Misprinted due to our error
To request help with a physical merchandise issue, you must contact us at truecrimedrops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A short explanation of the issue
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval.
Clothing Size and Color Disclaimer
Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, change of mind, or normal slight color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or product printing variations.
If the item you received is clearly mislabeled, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at truecrimedrops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card company, or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges and Replacements
We only offer exchanges or replacements for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misprinted merchandise.
We do not offer exchanges for digital products, ebooks, downloadable content, wrong size selections, or change-of-mind purchases.
Shipping Returns
Do not send any item back without contacting us first.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our error.
We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
